At Tree Of Eve, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a refund or exchange subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

• You may return a product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

 Initiation of Returns

• Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Refund or Exchange

• Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping charges.
• If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible, subject to availability.

 Return Shipping

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
